After 47 years in the real estate arena, the goal has changed. I’m no longer focused on the daily grind of closing deals, training or writing educational courses. Instead, I’ve moved into the Foundry—taking the raw materials of  five decades and forging them into logic for the modern professional.

Who I Am

I’ve worn many hats over the decades, but they’ve all been centered on a single commitment: the ethics and education of the real estate craft.

• The Educator: In 1998, I pioneered Oregon’s first online learning platform for agents. I didn’t just host the curriculum; I wrote it. Having authored numerous licensing textbooks and continuing education courses across multiple states, my specialty remains distilling complex law into actionable logic.

• The Architect: I didn’t just follow the industry forms; I chaired the committee that created them. With 10 years on the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee (including 4 as Chair), I’ve spent my career defending the standards that protect our industry.

• The Veteran: My time in the industry earned me the highest honors our profession bestows, including REALTOR® of the Year and the PMAR Lifetime Achievement Award. As a REALTOR® Emeritus, I offer a perspective shaped by every market cycle since the 1970s.
